Account Director – Digital Media Planner Buyer
A fantastic opportunity has come up for an Account Director working in Digital Media Planning and buying to join a prominent Digital Marketing Agency Group with offices in Suffolk.
Our client is looking for an Account Director or Senior Account Manager looking for a move. You will come from a Digital Planning and Buying background and be running a team already. We need someone that is a real relationship builder and someone that is confident in there ability to manage others and happy to take direct responsibility for there performance. You will be commercially aware, proactive, strategic. We’ll need you to be willing to try new things and keep pushing the boundaries, a clear thinking creative individual that’s always looking for the latest and most cleaver way to tackle difficult situations.
Our client will expect an in-depth knowledge of all the digital channels and where each one is most appropriately uses dependant on the campaign, brand, client and the target market. With an eye permanently fixed on the desired business objective.
You will understand business and the importance of exploring other opportunity through cross-selling other services and capabilities the agency has in search marketing display. You will also know when to offer and recommend other services offered within the rest of the groups agency’s such as creative, branding, mobile, web design and build and so on.
You skills and knowledge will enable you to successfully develop and manage digital campaigns, always keeping an eye on the broader marketing objective as well as being aware of competitor activity, offline advertising and seasonality too.
A sucssesful Account Director in this business has the ability to build strong relationships, install confidence, gain trust and as a result command respect.

Pitching and Presenting, Verbal and Written
Paid for Search and Campaign Management
Media Planning Buying
Your direct report would be the Client Services Director.
