Senior Media Agency Planner - Regional Property Press
Our client is looking for Senior Account Managers and AD's with experienced amongst the Residential and Commercial Property Markets, Estate Agency and Property Development.
You will need to have an attention to detail. Our client is looking for someone that can identify an angle and see the opportunities.
You’ll ne the ability to think ahead, you’ll be able to see potential issues that may not be immediately apparent too.
Above all else you will be a fantastic residential planner and buyer and able to fit into an established team.
- Organised, methodical, good timekeeping.
- Able to grasps new concepts quickly
You will also need to be a superb buyer using strategic and persuasive when dealing with suppliers at understanding that property clients focus on rate and always want reductions!
Paramount to all the above you will also understand that media is only a part of the marketing solution within a full service agency. You will work across the business and not just on your own clients.
You will be a good team player.
Conversant with TGI, demographic information such as CACI, Jicreg, NRS, Nielsen/ Comscore but understanding that past experience of what media works, is ultimately what counts.
Strong and demonstrable trading relationship with national and regional press plus property portals.
Good knowledge of the UK regional property and estates press.
Able to identify key trading metrics - cost per thousand, readership or circulation shifts.
Capable of writing internal reports, strategy documents for clients (both sales strategy and media recommendations) and new business presentations.
