Further information

N-Photo magazine, Future’s Nikon-specific, monthly photography title, only launched in November 2011, but has already won two British Media Awards for Innovation, Social Media and Marketing, has the biggest Facebook following of any enthusiast photo magazine brand, and its iPad edition is one of Future's most successful.

N-Photo is now looking for an Operations Editor to head up the Production function. This will involve running the magazine production cycle on a monthly basis by organising workflow around the magazine team and contributors; sub-editing and rewriting copy to house style; fitting InDesign pages ready for the Editor's sign-off; championing accuracy and appropriateness of all editorial copy, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

You'll also work across digital elements of the brand as well as the print magazine, including helping the digital video workflow, as well as the iPad edition and other regular apps, so digital experience in a production and/or subbing based role would be a bonus.

You will need strong organisational and time management skills, proven experience in a production role, a willingness and aptitude to adapt to the pace of a digital environment as well as writing skills. Attention to detail and some production experience on monthly, consumer magazine are also essential for this role.

If you want to work on a title in a sector that is hugely competitive, but in which Future is now a market leader, apply now. Include your latest CV and a covering letter telling us why this is the perfect role for you.
