• You should be the type of person who is always on the look out to maximise opportunities for clients – whether that be new trends or current news agenda.
• As well as being financially-savvy you should be a strong leader who is comfortable leading teams of up to ten people.
• You should have experience of nurturing, training, supporting, developing and inspiring your team – the type of person who understands that your attitude and leadership skills have an impact on those who are taking your lead
• You should be able to juggle accounts, hit deadlines, come up with creative and workable ideas and be able to deal with sensitive issues, respond instinctively to crisis and issues and have a solid understanding of your clients business.
• New business drive and success in this area is a must
• You should be highly creative and motivated – ideally with a decent-sized agency on your CV and experience of working on big brands
• Food and drink experience a nice bonus!
• Bright, creative and enthusiastic and established at AD level
• A thorough understanding of the digital world – developing digital campaigns and not just the social media side
