Our client, a well-established financial and corporate communications consultancy with ambitious growth plans is looking to recruit a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience gained from a financial services PR agency.
Working across a portfolio of clients that include accountancy and law firms to specialist niche fund managers you need to be able to demonstrate a keen interest in, and understanding of, current business and financial issues, along with an ability to develop story “angles” which will be of interest to the national and trade media.
Previous Experience: -
Extensive experience dealing directly with national, trade and online media
Reasonable numeracy skills and an understanding of the use of research in PR programmes
Good written and oral communications skills
A strong team player who can develop good working relationships with colleagues, clients and journalists.
Proactive and able to use your own initiative in maintaining and developing effective PR programmes for clients.
