- Planning and helping to develop highly original communications campaigns which will target, engage and influence communities via social media and other digital channels identified as key to the success of client objectives
- Positively influencing the best practice in integrated communications consultancy and being an effective ambassador for the latest techniques and opportunities both internally and externally
- Continuing to foster own digital and social media expertise and personal development
- Using fresh thinking to generate creative ideas which will gain internal and client buy-in
- Effective client servicing and people management

- Combination of both creative and shrewd analytical skills
- Proven social media campaign management experience
- Excellent client relationship building and management ability
- Commercial acumen
- Strong resource and time management
- Team management experience as mentoring more junior members is essential
