This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join one of the most influential London PR agencies with multi-sector disciplines, within its Finance and Professional Services Division.
The agency delivers highly creative and big budget strategic integrated PR campaigns for major iconic global brands across the consumer FMCG, technology, sport and finance & professional services sectors.
Due to exceptional growth within its Finance & Professional Services division this agency is looking to hire a truly exceptional Account Director to work on high profile financial and professional services clients.
If you are an Account Director with big brand financial PR experience in an agency, or an SAM looking to take the next step to Account Director with one of the top agencies then this is the perfect role for you.
As Account Director you will have a passion for and detailed knowledge of the financial and professional services sector as well as outstanding press contacts in the city, financial, national and trade media.
The successful Account Director will be able to manage account teams, campaigns, budgets and client expectations. The Account Director will also be experienced in devising and implementing creative PR campaigns and know how to utilise digital and social media as part of an integrated approach.
The ideal candidate will also be a strong and persuasive communicator with exceptional writing and presentation skills and have the gravitas to inspire confidence and provide strategic counsel to clients at board director level.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management of multiple high profile financial & professional services client accounts
- Devising creative and strategic integrated PR campaigns
- Management and mentoring of junior team members
- Campaign, budget and client management
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to participate in business development
The PR Account Director will have a solid background in delivering integrated PR campaigns for high profile clients in the financial services and professional services sectors and come from a top PR agency. Experience with asset management and pensions would also be advantageous.
The successful Account Director will be a slick operator who can manage clients at a senior level and manage campaign budgets and teams to deliver exceptional results.
