A full-service communications agency is looking for an Associate Director to join and strengthen their financial and professional services team. The agency operates under an integrated structure, allowing teams of specialists to draw on deep industry knowledge and experience from across the group to meet the types of challenges that clients face.
Working on a range of media relations (including digital communications) and reputation management programmes, the Associate Director will have a proven interest in, and knowledge of, corporate communications, asset management, trading and exchanges, financial technology and insurance (life of general) and be comfortable with wholesale financial services products and communication issues.
The ideal candidate will have a background in financial journalism, and as such, a good knowledge of the financial services industry and markets across asset classes, including awareness of regulatory and policy issues. You will bring to the role first-rate journalist relationships, and be able to use these contacts to deliver media stories and opportunities to clients.
