The agency seeks a seasoned account director with primarily B2B tech experience. The role will be to work across a section of current accounts and any new business wins across the b2b tech landscape. The role will require you to manage clients, teams and successfully grow new business. You will guarantee high levels of satisfaction and long term client and staff retention, ensuring the continued success of the agency. This role will also focus on client strategy, advice, and ensuring that writing and media results are on message.
Role responsibilities:
Ensure targets/CSFs are met across all accounts and that defined levels of client satisfaction are achieved
Ensure best practice procedures are followed
Motivate and develop teams to meet deliverables and standards
Win new accounts to ensure continued growth and success
Help maintain a supportive, motivated and fun culture
Ensure admin & operations procedures are followed to ensure the smooth running of the company
