Our client is a niche communications agency based in West London. They are a leader in their field and specialists in employee engagement, change management and internal communications. Their clients span UK, European and US based companies and they often have broad remits spanning various areas of the globe. The work is extremely challenging and exciting as it involves working at board level to often completely change the companies infrastructure.
They are looking for a reputable change consultant to work on a various clients including a large international brand offering all aspects of communications consultancy including; employee engagement post acquisitions, putting together tool kits, writing internal publications, internal branding exercises, strategic counsel and driving forward change.
Your experience to date will be heavily focused on the development of strategy around change challenges. Experience of managing and directing a team and providing client counsel and a passion for networking and client development would also be highly advantageous.
