Fantastic opportunity to join this international, well established brand, globally recognised for its music, nightlife and event's. Our client is currently expanding its Events Department and requires a Events Marketing & PR Coordinator to manage the marketing and PR for all events activity and to generate new marketing ideas, strategies, platforms and PR opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Events director in the development of new brands, products and income streams
- Liaise with internal and third party organisations (for example recordings department, external PR and sponsors) and co-ordinate all PR campaigns and marketing activity
- Generate and deliver all marketing collateral and press releases for the events department and manage the distribution of that content with internal and external agencies
- Provide analysis of emerging trends and competing businesses
- Co-ordinate the execution of all campaigns and marketing activity across digital platforms - liaise between the Web / social media teams and the events department providing all content and requesting all updates
- Develop all creative briefs and manage their execution with the design department / or external agencies
- Liaise with Events Director and production company and contribute new creative ideas for event production
- Promote all talent across all marketing and PR channels (including update of website talent pages)
- Performance manage the events DJ team and talent
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent writing skills
- A passion for dance music
- At least 1 years experience working within a PR and Marketing role
- Strong computer skills, an aptitude for design packages would be an advantage
