Senior Ad Ops Exec - Digital Advertising Sales & Operations Department

As part of our continuing commitment to being the industry's leading media organisation, we are seeking to appoint an Ad Operations Executive to join our Digital Advertising Sales and Operations function.

TMG Digital Operations is responsible for the delivery of all commercial deals across TMG’s digital platforms. The team works very closely with the Digital Sales team and Editorial to deliver display ad revenue. Managing display yield and inventory effectively is an integral part of this advertising sales process – enabling effective pricing, supply forecasting, and unearthing new commercial opportunities. This role will focus on yield and inventory support for the display advertising team, but may also serve as a yield expert for the rest of the company. This person will be responsible for monitoring and analysing fill rates, assessing and reporting on yields, and providing pricing analytics.

This person will also be responsible for building and maintaining monetization models, interpreting historical trends, and ensuring accurate forecasting. With a detailed understanding of the inventory mix, the candidate will be expected to identify new commercial opportunities. Together with the Head of Yield Optimisation, this role will be key in ensuring that the sales teams are maintaining premium yields across the website.

To be considered for the role, you must have proven experience within a similar role with an analytical approach to researching and analysing opportunities. It is critical that you are an advanced user of Excel and be confident working with large, unstructured datasets.
