The Company
Our client is a leading communications agency with a global network, specialising in Financial PR, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. They are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate who is fluent in Italian and with some financial services/energy experience.
The Role
The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for Italian clients. They will join one of the sector teams (likely to be in the oil, gas, electricity, mining sector) working both with them and across the wider business. Key responsibilities will include:
- Formulation and implementation of strategies for financial and corporate communications;
- Advising on and assisting in the preparation of messaging materials – key messages, presentations, press releases, Q&A
- Research for current clients and new business opportunities
- Forging productive relationships with clients, press and investment analysts
- Account Management duties
Candidate specifications
The ideal Associate/Senior Associate will have the following:
- Bilingual skills in English and Italian, both written and oral;
- A demonstrable interest and understanding of business environments and current affairs;
- Relevant sector experience and extensive financial PR experience;
- The ability to build strong relationships; to command the confidence of others internally & externally;
- Independent, clear and creative thinking;
- Experienced in working with financial information
