This person will lead the conceptual design process for all large design projects spearheading new creative techniques and playing a key role in strategic thinking for projects, as well as creating inspiring and challenging conceptual ideas that work in a truly integrated way, both online and offline. Working closely with the delivery manager, this candidate will also be accountable for the coordination of the overall creative processes and also with brand agency and content manager, as well as acting as a mentor for the more junior members of the team.

To be considered for the role, you must have a minim of five years experience in either a digital design agency, or team and an art direction and ideas background within a similar role and be used to working as part of a conceptual team and/or digital design team.
