JFL are currently seeking a talented communications and website engagement professional to join a growing and exciting organisation based in North West London.
Our client is a sector skills council specialising in hospitality, HR, leisure travel and tourism. They are looking for a talented candidate to coordinate and implement communications plans to increase traffic to a new information site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous relevant experience to join a vibrant communications and marketing team. You will work closely with key organisations to source and maintain creative content for our clients site to enhance the websites stickiness, helping to increase the repeat visitor numbers to the site. To support this, you will also be responsible for creating the communications to the sites database, ensuring relevance in content and tone for all user groups including individuals, employers, training providers and careers advisors.
You will also support the delivery of engagement with the sites target markets, manage and maintain social networks and attend events and exhibitions.
The role also includes a level of user support within which you will assist users in account creation and utilising specific features of the site, as well as administering the sites email account ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered.
This role will require strong writing and communication skills, preferably with experience in the use of social media to a user base. You will have a strong creative mind to ensure the content and communications engage users with a positive effect on registrations and repeat visits.
You will have a high level of proficiency in IT and the web, with experience of CMS and communications packages an advantage.
This is a full time fixed term position of up to nine months and can be office or home based, with regular visits to the head office and travel to external service providers.This position is to start from the end of May.
