A Senior Account Director is needed for this top London based PR agency. The role will be a number two position in the team to manage one of the largest consumer client teams (14 people) alongside the Director.
The agency itself is renowned for producing amazing campaigns and generally have large retained clients which demand high level delivery and creativity. The agency has a large consumer and corporate team which generally means the accounts cover across both disciplines. You will therefore sit directly in the consumer team but have exposure in the corporate delivery.
This person will need to be a solid Account Director potentially looking to move up to an Senior Account Director, or a current Senior Account Director in your role now at a similar size agency. You will have agency experience with large client account experience and delivery excellent campaigns. The role will ultimately involve all the usual areas of responsibility of this level – strategy, planning, creative, campaign budget management, events, senior counsel, team management, and of course delivery and client account management. You will liaise with other teams on process and agency strategy and of course help to increase revenue of current client business as well as being involved with new business. You will be supporting the head of the team to allow this person to concentrate on new business and strategy of the teams development, therefore this is a very important position and one that will put you in good standing for growth in the future. You will need to be an ambitious individual and a real team player.
The accounts are not disclosed at this stage but are within the FMCG space, and all a large size.
