This leading commercial property and real estate services adviser is seeking a Communications Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies across the UK and EMEA regions.
As you will be specifically working within the real estate financial advice aspect of the business, it is essential that you have a background in financial PR or investor relations and some experience of working in a b2b environment. Experience of working within real estate/property would be advantageous as you will need an extensive knowledge of the media and specific trade press.
You must have excellent strategic planning skills as you will be developing long-term communication plans, identifying key messages and working closely with external agencies to ensure that they are delivered accordingly. You must also be a tactical thinker; ensuring that the comms team builds strong relationships with top-tier UK and international media and regularly spotting opportunities for key spokespeople to be called upon to provide expert commentary.
On a personal level, you must be enthusiastic, credible, robust and professional. Excellent writing skills are essential and some knowledge of the social media/digital landscape would be beneficial.
