The London office of this leading international law firm needs to hire a PR Manager to help develop a public relations strategy for the UK practice. Through close collaboration with the senior management team you’ll develop a plan designed to make sure all key messages are communicated to the various stakeholders, clients and relevant media.
You’ll be working for a premier firm. It has alliances across the world with offices in the US, Middle East, Africa and elsewhere and is placed high in the global rankings of international law.
So, aside from working in an ambassadorial capacity for such an esteemed law firm, you’ll be managing all the day-to-day public relations activity such as communicating with the key national, legal and trade press journalists, managing budgets, writing content for online platforms, and overall ensuring the firm’s profile is bang-on where it should be.
There’s also an internal communications element to the role built around delivering a steady flow of narrative content for the intranet, as well as putting together monthly newsletters, more regular briefing notes and presentation packs. You’ll should therefore have relevant in-house experience in the corporate arena, preferably within professional services.
