Period Living magazine, the market leading title in the traditional home interest sector, is seeking a Sub Editor/Features Writer. Working with the Chief Sub Editor, the Sub Editor is responsible for the editorial production of the magazine and maintaining the highest copy standards.
The role will also involve delivering editorial content in print, online and digital form, with particular responsibility for researching and writing news, diary and shopping content, including picture research.
Candidates will have a proven track record in consumer magazine publishing, ideally in the home interest sector, and be used to delivering high-quality, accurate work to tight deadlines. An excellent command of written English and superb proofreading skills are essential, together with a real flair for feature and news writing.
