About The Position: The Bay Area News Group, which includes the San Jose Mercury News, Contra Costa Times and Oakland Tribune, is seeking an experienced business reporter to cover Silicon Valley high-technology news. This position will be the Business Section's utility infielder, going where the news is in an area that has no shortgage of news to cover. We'll be looking in particular for three key things -- versatility, speed, and a demonstrated ability to tackle complex business topics and turn them into readable prose.
