Creative sports PR consultancy is looking for a talented Senior Account Manager to be part of the agency’s continued success. Working across key accounts you will develop and deliver programmes that will reposition and raise awareness both in the UK and Europe.
Our client has kicked the trend and has experienced massive growth over the last couple of years developing an enviable portfolio of clients across the sports industry, delivering highly creative campaigns in the UK and Europe. They are looking for a hungry Account Manager/Senior Account manager to lead client relationships, to assist with strategy development, oversee the implementation of PR and communications plans and manage a young, but talented team.
Working accounts, you will be tasked with creating events and consumer engagement opportunities that will support one client’s aim to become synonymous with certain sports, and then with a well known global sport federation in it’s pursuit to conquer Europe. Both opportunities to break the mould use traditional and new media to capture consumers’ imaginations.
Ideally you will currently be in a creative PR/communications role, where you have been able to develop national consumer and sports media contacts and have had the opportunity to deliver large scale national campaigns. You will have worked agency side at some point in your career and don’t have to be currently in a sports focused environment – but in this case need to have a strong passion for sport. Using digital and social platforms should be second nature and some experience working with retailers or knowledge of the cycling world would be beneficial. You will be looking for an opportunity to grow strategically, taking a step up.
