Closer is looking for an enthusiastic picture researcher to join our talented picture desk. This role involves picture research for our TV section, so a strong interest in all the latest TV stars and shows is essential. The role also involves dealing with invoices, mark-up and ensuring that the desk runs smoothly so you’ll need great admin skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be expected to generate ideas, be super-organised and meet tight deadlines whilst sourcing brilliant pictures for the magazine and website. This is a junior position and applicants must have experience of working on a magazine or at a picture agency. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and award-winning team producing the UK’s best celebrity and real life stories.
