Because of the new agency vision and brand new client wins, my client is looking to take on candidates at all levels - account manager, senior account manager, account director, senior account director and associate director level with good, strong consumer brand experience.

The MD looks for confident, friendly and dynamic individuals who can build instant rapport, have real gravitas behind them – irrespective of level – and can really add value to the business.
You should have an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with the ability to muck in and get the job done and have most of, if not all, of the below mentioned:
• solid consumer brand / lifestyle experience
• Experienced in organizing and managing events
• Confident, driven, ambitious and not afraid to be vocal and get buy in
• Ideally experience or ability to work with multi-agencies
• Very experienced in leading and driving a team and potentially demanding clients
• A progressive approach
• Working on youth brands
• Ability to drive the account
• Creative, bright and self-starting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong and creative writing skills
