You will possess a strong business sense and operate in a highly organized manner. The digital account director will be integral in managing, maintaining and developing client relationships. As well as a sound educational grounding, you will be driven to succeed and take a creative approach to strategy.

Candidates must:
- Have strong team management skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills to effectively advise clients and ensure trouble-free running of daily activities.
- Be a proactive problem solver. The successful candidate will keep a tight grip on client communications and industry developments.
- Engage with the client through multiple channels to gain a full understanding of the client’s needs
- Understand and utilise new communication mediums and recognise how they can benefit your client
