Further information

Global Trade Review (GTR), a bi-monthly financial magazine, is looking for a reporter to join its editorial team.

GTR is the world's leading international trade finance magazine, read by and featuring the market's key banks, credit insurers, trading companies and law firms.

We are looking for someone with strong reporting skills who demonstrates flair and originality in their news writing. Accurate subbing ability is also a prerequisite.

Ideally the candidate will be someone with six months to one year’s experience of print or online journalism.

Knowledge of the financial markets is a bonus, but not essential as we can provide some in-house training. However, interest in and enthusiasm for how the financial world works is vital.

The role will be to research and write daily news stories for our website, breaking news on the latest deals or people hires.

The candidate will also be required to write some features and longer news items for the magazine as well as support the editorial team with the production of the magazine, with duties including subbing articles and sourcing images.

If you are interested in the role, please send your CV, any examples of published work and covering letter to Shannon Manders, deputy editor, on smanders@exportagroup.com.
