Responsibilities:
- Main focus of this position will be acquiring new business
- Leading the conception, implementation and supervision of PR and advertising campaigns
- Staff management and recruitment
- Business plan development and reporting to the headquarters in Europe
Requirements:
- A wealth of experience within a PR or advertising agency
- Proven success in new business drives, including networking and proactively establishing new opportunities, new business forecasting and business planning, people management, and development
- A deep understanding of integrated communications
- Strong competencies in budgets and business operation
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and leadership skills to successfully position this agency within the UK market
