Real Deals Intelligence, Intern

Real Deals is looking for an intern to help develop our new online data product, Real Deals Intelligence, from the week beginning 10 September.

The role will involve desktop research: gathering data on Europe's top private equity firms, their investment portfolios and fundraising history.  In doing so the intern will gain in-depth insight into the private equity industry, its key players and its investment processes. 

There is also a large editorial component to the position. The right candidate will help the news desk to write stories for the Real Deals daily alert, which is delivered to 23,000+ readers. 
 
This the perfect opportunity for someone with journalism training to apply their skills and gain invaluable experience working at one of the country's leading independent publishing houses.  We are looking for a commitment of around four weeks, although this is flexible, and will pay travel and lunch expenses.
