Reveal is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Celebrity Writer, with a passion for all things celebrity-related, to join its busy showbiz team for a fixed term starting mid October.

The right candidate needs to have a good eye for stories, a bursting contacts book and the ability to produce sparkling and accurate copy to tight deadlines.

You must be confident, personable, and have a proven track record in securing highly sought-after interviews and beating the opposition to breaking news stories.

In addition, the successful applicant must be prepared to work outside normal office hours if required to attend a showbiz event and get a killer scoop.

Successful candidates will have at least two years’ celebrity experience in employment on a similar weekly or daily title. You will be meticulously well organised, busting with original ideas and have demonstrable writing skills within a fast-paced news environment.

A journalism qualification, such as an NCTJ, multi-media experience and a good understanding of social networking is essential.
