Immediate Media, the UK’s largest cross-media wedding publisher, is looking for an experienced Web Editor to head up youandyourwedding.co.uk, the UK’s biggest wedding magazine website. This is a chance for a digital leader to join at an exciting time in the development of both the You & Your Wedding brand and Immediate Media Co.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding editorial, digital, creative, leadership and management skills. We’re looking for a commercially-minded Editor, with an ability to work collaboratively with editorial, technical, product and commercial teams. Experience in the wedding market is not essential, but you must have considerable digital experience and a proven track record of growing and developing a digital audience through understanding your users and the implementation of innovative ideas.
You’ll report to the Publishing Director, leading the development of youandyourwedding.co.uk. Using your impressive digital, SEO, UGC, user experience, traffic analysis and social media expertise, plus your creative flair, you’ll ensure the website leads the market and achieves its significant growth potential.
This is a high-profile position and you’ll need to be a confident, highly organised self-starter and team player, with the ability to manage projects as well as having the passion and drive to implement significant changes.
