Head of Editorial & Content - Harrods.com
Harrods.com, the website of the world famous luxury department store, is looking to recruit a Head of Editorial & Content to help drive our continued ambition to offer the ultimate luxury experience online.
This role will see you leading the content strategy for Harrods.com with primary responsibility for three key areas: editorial content, product copy and website imagery. You will sit on the website’s senior management team to help steer the online business.
Editorially, you will be responsible for copy and editorial communications across the site, including the direction and delivery of the online magazine, The Review.
In terms of content, you will manage the product copy team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of copy output, whilst maintaining best practice SEO. Overseeing all website photographic visuals, you will manage the studio styling team for image production, as well as lead cross-functional teams on all Harrods.com creative campaigns.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong editorial skills, gained within the fashion or beauty industry. Understanding the importance of multi-channel collaboration and working closely with Harrods’ store teams to ensure brand consistency is essential.
