Acting Assistant Motoring Editor (6 month contract)

Are you a motoring journalist looking to put your skills to the test within one of the UK’s leading multi-media groups? Do you have extensive contacts within the motoring industry and the desire to write for the UK’s leading quality daily newspaper and one of the UK’s most visited newspaper websites?

Telegraph Media Group currently requires an Acting Assistant Motoring Editor to drive forward the group’s Motoring section strategy across print, online and video.
Telegraph Media Group is one of the UK’s leading multimedia groups. We are renowned for the Daily Telegraph - the UK’s biggest selling quality newspaper, Sunday Telegraph and the Telegraph website - one of the UK’s fastest growing newspaper websites.

Reporting to the Acting Head of Motoring, the successful candidate will contribute to the Telegraph Motoring section with ideas for commissioning features and news stories. He/she must also be able to take on daily online publishing duties for the Motoring channel.

It is important that applicants have experience of working for a motoring publication, and have sound print and online production skills.
