Portfolio institutional, the monthly magazine providing independent analysis for institutional investors, is fast-approaching its second anniversary and is looking to expand its editorial team through the appointment of a supplements editor.
The magazine covers institutional investment in all its forms, providing pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and others with insight and analysis into the latest investment strategies and practices.
The Role:
In addition to the magazine, we produce regular supplements based on our popular roundtable events. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing these supplements, from inception through to production. Using your impressive network of contacts within the institutional space, you will be able to suggest the strongest panel possible for these roundtables and will be expected to share chairing duties with the rest of the editorial team.
You will also be responsible for editing the resulting transcripts into clear, concise copy for publication. As a result, the successful candidate will have at least a year’s experience in financial journalism, have an eye for the big issues affecting institutional investors and will have already forged good relationships with trustees, consultants and asset managers. In addition to overseeing production on our supplements, you will also be expected to write monthly features for the magazine and update the website on a regular basis
