A small Northern California newspaper seeks a full-time general assignment reporter who is fast, friendly, ethical, professional and accurate. The ideal candidate will possess a BA in journalism, have extensive knowledge of AP Style, InDesign, PhotoShop and be web literate. Please provide no more than five clips of varied subject matter. The newspaper is located in one of California's fastest emerging wine regions and on the banks of the oldest lake in the Western Hemisphere. Reporters write, photograph, shoot video, edit, layout, maintain a web presence and make deadlines.The position requires a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. All employees are required to pass a drug test.
