Further information

Best magazine is expanding its editorial team in a move which reflects the title's exciting brand diversification plans for 2012 and beyond.

Best will continue to produce its popular weekly print edition but, in addition to this, the editorial team will also be responsible for an exciting array of spin-offs, specials and online content.

Best's editor Jackie Hatton says: 'The recruitment of these roles is an enterprising and positive development that underpins the ambition of Best as it celebrates 25 years in print. We look forward to an exciting 2013 with our new enhanced team and its multi-platform ambitions and opportunities.'

Best magazine is looking to recruit a showbiz writer to its busy celebrity news desk. If you have great contacts, an encyclopaedic knowledge of main stream and daytime British TV celebrities and an established record of breaking showbiz exclusives then this exciting opportunity gives the chosen candidate the chance to file sparkling must-read copy for a multi platform audience.

If you are prepared to work flexibly (some out of office hours required) to nail the Best stories - well written and delivered to a tight deadline - and have an unquenchable thirst for celebrity news, are legally astute and self-motivated then this remarkable opportunity to join a talented, friendly and highly skilled team is waiting for you.
