Broadcast is a weekly magazine for everyone producing content across multiple platforms, whether for TV, radio or online. The mag and website broadcastnow.co.uk cover a wide range of news and issues affecting those working in the creative, production and post-production sectors.
You should have a track record of breaking exclusive stories and building relationships with senior contacts.
Knowledge of the media sector would be an advantage, but not essential. An appreciation of online journalism, social media and the digital world would be advantage.
The successful candidate will have a track record of digging out exclusives and working hard as part of a team. This role offers an excellent combination of reporting on a dynamic sector and helping shape Broadcast’s new content both in print and online.
It requires a strong personality, the ability to talk confidently to senior industry figures, and is suited for someone ready to move to the next stage of their career.
