BBM Editorial Assistant & PR Internship

We are looking for a bright, intelligent and self motivated intern at BBM Magazine, and www.bbmlive.com.

We specialise in the fields of music, events, travel, sport and fashion and are one of the leading lifestyle print magazine's throughout Australia keeping British, U.S. and all travellers in the know whilst embarking upon their adventures.

Our website receives lots of attention from the U.K, U.S.A, Canada, South East Asia and Australasia meaning that we are a a global digital platform.

This is a 3 month internship that will require you to help optimise and upload articles, help arrange interviews and shoots with celebrities and contribute ideas for articles on a regular basis.

During your placement you will have the opportunity to learn SEO copy, elements of web developing, basic indesign and photoshop.

The right candidate will also get to arrange and attend events and gigs, help with PR correspondence, and gain marketing experience.

This internship is suitable for candidates with easy access to South West London as the office is in Kingston.

The ideal candidate will be available 2-3 days a week to be in the office from 10am - 5:30pm. (Days can be flexible)

We are an independent company with head offices in Australia. The UK branch is a small office, therefore you will be given hands on experience with the opportunity to develop and grow your skills, ready to present yourself for full time professional employment within the media and publishing industry.

Travel expenses will be covered within London zones 1-6. This is not suitable for anyone not living in London already.
