Reporter

As part of its expansion in Asia, The Wall Street Journal is seeking to grow its staff of top-flight markets and finance reporters in the region. We are seeking reporters with proven track records of generating scoops, who have deep knowledge of markets, deals and finance and who are fast, clean writers.

The positions will serve all platforms for the news organization. Reporters will be responsible for covering fast-breaking news, contributing to blogs, appearing on video and producing strong features for The Wall Street Journal, including deeply reported stories for page 1.

The Journal is expanding to serve its growing audience in Asia and its U.S. readers, who are eager for news about the region. Most of the positions will be based in Hong Kong.  Some may be located in other major financial centers such as Tokyo and Singapore.
