Bloomberg News seeks an experienced real-time reporter to cover Italian telecommunications, technology and media companies.
Based in Milan, the reporter would be responsible for breaking news on Italian telecoms, media and technology companies. The successful candidate will have to be well sourced in the industry, have proven experience of reporting for a news service or newspaper and needs to write with accuracy and clarity and under strict deadlines. The candidate should be able to show examples of work that highlight superior reporting of breaking news stories. They will also collaborate with a team of reporters in the region to break the biggest European technology corporate stories, deals and contribute to global stories.
Qualifications:
- Journalism experience is essential
- Experience of working in a real-time news environment is essential
- Experience of covering the Italian telecoms, media and technology industries is essential
- Fluent Italian is essential
