Salary: £65k - £75k + bonus and benefits

Well established independent lifestyle PR agency set up by one person 10 years ago, growing rapidly to 45 people today, and with huge growth plans, making progression generally very quick. The agency has 4 divisions, and the divisions work in tandem together to produce integrated, award winning campaigns.
They work across UK and International briefs, and actually implement the global work, not just oversee it - there are huge opportunities to gain fantastic contacts internationally and you get to travel the world!

The role - Director
The Director will lead the Luxury Lifestyle team, working on global campaigns for established, household names clients in the travel, design, interiors and leisure sectors. Reporting directly into the MD, you will be able to learn from a truly inspirational, and well respected name in the PR world.
The division is young, buzzy, energetic, playful and hard working. The Director will lead on campaign strategy, direct the rest of the team, manage international agencies, and act as the senior client contact. You will also have the opportunity to play a part in developing the division in new areas, and putting your own stamp on it.
The new Director will need to currently work at a senior level within a PR agency with extensive experience in luxury communications, across any sector.
- Come from a PR agency background
- Have excellent senior level media contacts in national and luxury press, and ideally experience liaising with international media
- Be able to plan strategy on a large scale
- Have successfully pitched for new business
- Have managed a team of junior members
The new Director will receive:
- £65k - £75k basic salary - depending on experience
