Senior Account Director, B2B & Corporate
Operating across more than a dozen sector market, including education, health, IT, emergency services, recruitment and local government, our client is one of the most high-profile operators in the business services space. Their Corporate Team is currently looking for a Senior Account Director (their team structure is modelled on that of an agency) to lead on a mix of public sector and B2B accounts.
Although this is an in-house role, the pace and variety is very much that of a traditional agency role. The Communications Director is looking for a Senior Account Director with exceptional client service and team management skills, as well as well-rounded sector experience in the B2B and corporate space.
Experience of managing clients in one or more of the sectors they cater to, would be a distinct advantage however the leadership and client management skills are the priority in this role. You’ll be used to working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and will have experience of working in an agency or similar environment with matrix teams and “client portfolios” to manage.
Creativity will be key here. As much as reactive media and issues management are part of their day-to-day, there is much more to get your teeth sunk into, from annual campaign planning and delivery of current long-term strategies, to new business and content management.
