The role - Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Manager

They are seeking a Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Manager to join their PR and Marketing team. The role is a brand new role, due to growth, and will see you being lead on Corporate Communications & Public Affairs strategy and campaigns across EMEA. Past campaigns have included funding announcements, corporate profile raising, stakeholder media training and engagement, the launching of the App in new regions.

This Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Manager role is a global role, based in their London head office, so gives the opportunity to travel extensively. Plus, they have huge plans for their marketing team, therefore career progression opportunities are huge.

The new Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Manager should have:

  • Circa years' experience in a corporate communications AND public affairs role, either in house or agency side
  • Worked on campaigns for consumer facing brands, ideally a tech / start-up brand
  • Managed global campaigns in multiple regions
  • Extensive crisis communications experience
  • A strong understanding of what makes a newsworthy story
  • The ability to work autonomously, and be a self-starter with lots of ambition

Salary

The Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Manager will received a basic salary circa £45k - £50k, depending on experience +flexible working hours, subsidised gym membership and lots of free food!
