The Role

S&P Global Market Intelligence, a premier sector-focused news and information provider is seeking freelance reporters to help establish and develop our news coverage of the healthcare industry in Europe.

In this role you will contributing to the morning Daily Dose, a summary of news from around the healthcare sector, emailed to clients around the world at 8 a.m. New York time every weekday.

The freelance reporters are responsible for scanning relevant media in; France, or Germany, Switzerland and Austria; and compiling short summaries in English to be submitted by an 11 a.m London morning deadline.

Our database, with comprehensive coverage of the market, regulatory and corporate data that impacts our sectors, offers ample opportunities to enhance and drive that reporting.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, preferable in journalism or business journalism, combined with a solid tenure of business/financial reporting experience, along with fluent English language skills, plus fluency in either French or German.
