The agency is rethinking the way in which it operates in the region in response to the demand for more strategic and more sophisticated communications output. So, less focus on tactical media relations and more emphasis on integrated marketing and communications with digital at its heart.
The Head of Office will be responsible for managing the existing team and clients (it’s already a very viable concern) and growing additional revenue through new business development, as well as managing a P&L and the training and development of the team, a mix of ME nationals and Europeans).
The ideal candidate might come from a variety of backgrounds, and either the UK or continental Europe. Probably a junior to mid-level Director with the confidence and gravitas to step up into a Head of role. Certainly, you’ll be digitally literate and used to the practical application of the most cutting-edge of PR tools.
