We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director position within a leading Medical Communications agency based in London. This is a fantastic role with a well-respected agency and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of global, pan European and UK programmes.

This is a client facing role and you will be responsible for developing longstanding working relationships with clients and will act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor. You will support and motivate the team in the development of programmes and client events and will have overall responsibility for budgets and account resourcing. You will also be involved in developing client documents and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of materials developed by the team.

To be considered for this position you must have excellent client handling skills with extensive experience in advising clients and a proven track record in retaining business and growing accounts. You must be a strong leader with solid experience in managing a team and running high profile accounts. In addition, you must have significant medical communications experience gained from working in an agency.
