Account Director - PR Creative Agency

My super lovely, award winning, PR creative agency, is looking for an Account Director to join their thriving team of 25 people! The agency is part of a larger group, which includes an advertising arm, production, editing, social and many experts within the creative industry, totalling 150 people all under one very cool, inspiring roof!
You will need to have substantial knowledge of varying brand work, preferably coming from a known London PR agency, with large and small clients, it doesn’t particularly matter, but have a proven track record of delivering great work, with great results!
You will have a multitude of experience of managing clients with all types of individual needs; some that love a report and process, some that love a constant flurry of ideas, some that need to be managed when being potentially over serviced and some that need counsel and support when under pressure! This in turn, requires you to be able to manage a team and ensure they are delivering all aspects as and when they are needed – hourly, daily or monthly!
All of the client accounts offer creative, content, traditional media output and of course digital. You will need to have a full understanding of what a campaign requires to get the best results and are delivering against the brief.
The group have an extremely good reputation when it comes to the clients they retain and the work they produce. You will have the gravitas to sit within central agency team meetings and brain bashing sessions, be a voice for the agency both internally and externally and be a real team leader as well as supporting the senior management team,
The clients are often shared between the group to maximise client satisfaction and of course increase revenue. You will be commercially aware of how a good a relationship will help allow you to up-sell the other services of the business and of course increase your own agencies output.
The clients that sit within the agency range from automotive, food and drink, FMCG, culture, arts, publishing, entertainment and general lifestyle. You will ideally need to have a broad client mix under your belt, with a good general understanding of brands and their work/campaigns. Super exciting opportunity for the right person!
