Full Time

Great opportunity for a recent graduate with 6 - 12 months relevant PR and communications seeking to join one of the most recognised integrated agencies in the North West.

The role

Reflecting their desire to continue growing, they are seeking a PR Account Executive who ideally has some experience of developing and implementing B2B PR campaigns, on a regional and national basis.

On a day to day, you will work with another account executive, senior account manager and an account director, alongside other teams within the agency such as digital and creative. You'll be working on different campaigns across different industry sectors where you will be exposed to media relations, events and social media.

There's a lot going on, so you'll have to prioritise and organise both your working day and that of the rest of the team. A large proportion of this role will be focused on working with national brands alongside other aspects of marketing communications such as print, advertising and cutting edge digital projects.

You will be involved in every step of the campaign from brainstorming sessions through to overseeing costs, budgets and time scales which will make the role interesting and provide with an opportunity to work across all marketing disciplines.

What we're looking for

It is really important that you enjoy the writing element of PR and have strong media relations skills on both a local and national basis as well as the ability to create and implement a wide range of bespoke PR campaigns and strategies. It goes without saying that you are able to write for a range of different media and be comfortable helping out on different projects when necessary.

This opportunity will most likely suit an agency or in-house, aspiring PR professional who is looking for a new and fulfilling challenge and is happy to work alongside senior account handlers which will enhance your skills and experience. You will most likely have around 6 - 12 months relevant experience and you are now in a position to take on more responsibility and autonomy.

What's on offer

A salary of up to £18,000 & the chance to join an agency that has changed beyond recognition over the past few years, and the culture is totally focused on personal development and recognition. Their office space is superb and centrally located and the PR team has performed exceptionally well over the past few years culminating in many awards, so you will be joining a group of PR practitioners which have credibility and substance.
