An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Chief Marketing Officer to join a fast growing crowd funding platform where you will be working across a variety of sectors and disciplines.

With the expansion into new markets, this firm is looking for a fresh perspective. As Chief Marketing Officer, you will be fundamental to the future growth plan, working alongside the leadership team to drive the strategic development of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy following a rebranding
  • Deliver against strategy and budget ensuring ROI
  • Key areas of focus – grow investor members and value hits to the site and returns
  • Attract deal flow through other investment houses (not direct)
  • Marketing strategy is both on and offline – including digital marketing, PR, events, content marketing, and growth hacking to solid CTO to ensure customer acquisition model is successful
  • Report on key metrics to track success and also help secure series A in early 2017


  • Demonstrable marketing, early stage growth hacking and customer acquisition experience
  • Solid Fintech, B2C tech start-ups/scale-ups, accelerators and other crowd-funding platforms background
  • Proven track record of creating and leading strategic development of a company
  • Technically savvy with senior marketing experience with a proven track record of working across a number of sectors and disciplines
