Data Journalist – journalist with experience of data driven content
We are looking for a highly creative Data Journalist to work on a new data led information service from a leading global brand. An integral part of the editorial and content team, the role offers a genuine opportunity to make your mark and build your career in an international business environment.
Data Journalist with strong numeracy and research skills
With strong numeracy and research skills, you will have a track record of writing about trending topics and will have a demonstrable ability to use data in a clear and compelling way. With a minimum of two years’ experience as a Data Journalist, you will:
- create exceptional data driven content for a number of global markets
- turn data into compelling narrative
- source and research data to support story leads
- commission surveys to track and support ideas as well as examine trends.
As a Data Journalist, you will be comfortable using technology including content management systems and infographics. A great team player, you will also work closely with the digital marketing team to track daily usage and behaviour using Google Analytics.
Knowledge and/or experience of writing about food science would be a distinct advantage.
