Overview:

Fantastic opportunity to join the growing Business Services Team within Instinctif Partners’ Corporate Practice (The Corporate Practice has 50+ people out of 200+ Instinctif Partners consultants located in the UK).

The role will involve working with exciting clients working in both the corporate and consumer space. We are working with ‘disruptive companies’ that are challenging the norm so are looking for a hungry, passionate Account Manager to join our team.

Broad high quality client base offering the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of briefs including:

  • Issues led campaigns
  • Strategic positioning and corporate profile raising
  • Media relations and B2B/B2C brand building
  • Integrated digital communications and strategy development
  • Multi-practice programmes working with other teams such as film/design/Public Policy
  • Multi-market activity working across Instinctif Partners’ international network
  • Client base spanning a broad range of subsectors in retail, technology and consulting
  • Strong focus on personal development with access to formal training programmes and international exchange programme  
  • Reporting to a Partner (do you want to put something here about the diverse experience of the team that they can learn from)
  • Location: 65 Gresham Street, London EC2. Awesome offices with a whole host of social initiatives


Person Specification:

  • Experience in consultancy required
  • Ideally experience of consumer, corporate and b2b sector briefs
  • Strengths needed:
    • passionate
    • self-starter
    • excellent writing and editing skills
    • excellent organisation skills
    • creativity and initiative
    • confident client communication and presenting skills
    • data handling/research based techniques to generate PR content (or aptitude for as this is used a lot)
    • social media implementation experience and understanding of integrated use of digital content
    • event organisation experience ideal
    • understanding and evidence of strategic thinking desirable
