Overview

  • To design and deliver consultancy projects either as part of a team for major global projects or leading smaller UK based projects.
  • Design and costing quantitative and qualitative research projects that meet client needs or those of bigger projects. Ensuring that projects are profitable for AIA, executed on time and to budget, and delivering value to clients.Conduct analysis of the client's current practices and existing quantitative and qualitative research (sometimes conducted by other providers), including quantitative surveys and survey results analysis.
  • Interviewing, either individually or in focus groups, client's employees, potential candidates, management team and/or other stakeholder.
  • Create formal presentations and proposals
  • Design and facilitate workshops - including managing expectations of clients before, during and after the workshop; confident facilitation and presentation skills; ability to re-frame conversations. 
  • Create accurate, compelling messages and effectively brief creatives and advise client strategists.
  • Manage projects, including managing internal and external stakeholder expectations - and doing this effectively with non-UK clients from time to time 
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Ideally direct experience of conducting primary research 
  • Ability to combine creative and analytical thinking.

  • Must be proactive and have thorough project management skillset mixed with a practical common sense approach 
  • Ability to juggle several projects at one time 
  • Flexible and adaptable enough to respond to changing client demands and business priorities

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills 
  • Experienced in working with non-native English speakers and people from diverse cultures
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to design immaculate presentations and documents 
  • Confident presenter with polished group facilitation skills
